Meet Your Trainer

Andrius Dauginis

Fitness has always been my passion, and my journey started in high school when I found it to be an outlet during tough times. The discipline and habits I developed in the gym transformed not only my body but also my academic performance. After high school, my passion for fitness only grew stronger.

I joined the varsity weightlifting team at Fleming College, where I dedicated myself to pushing my body to its limits and helping my teammates improve their lifting techniques. However, this intense period of training came at a cost. I suffered partial tears in both my meniscus and ACL. Despite these setbacks, I shifted my focus to grappling, but my injuries didn’t stop there. Over time, I dealt with a dislocated shoulder, severe ankle strains, and countless visits to doctors.

These struggles taught me invaluable lessons about rehabilitation processes and injury recovery. Through trial, error, and education, I gained the knowledge and experience to help others overcome their injuries and return stronger than ever.

After college, I began personal training part-time while working full-time as a welder—a physically demanding job that had me working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, for eight years. Despite the grueling schedule, my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals never wavered.

Eventually, I made the life-changing decision to pursue personal training full-time. Today, I couldn’t be happier doing what I love—helping clients rehabilitate injuries, lose weight, build muscle, and reach their fitness goals.

If you’re looking for a trainer who understands the challenges of injury recovery, the dedication it takes to transform your body, and the joy of achieving fitness milestones, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
